Jeannie Williams, also known as Pandora, agreed to sit down and chat about her experiences at the Arcana Royale. In a random twist, the headliner has decided that she’d rather interview the Wizard…or in this case, the Witch behind the scenes pulling all the strings.
Spritzed with glitter and dressed in a pale white dress, Jeannie Williams looks like a million bucks, waving the camera around, she eyes her author. “So, you dress me up in all these flashy clothes, high heels and head pieces that weigh fifty pounds and you’re wearing…what the hell are you wearing?”
“These are my comfy clothes. Don’t talk smack about the comfy clothes. I need them to write all those wonderful scenes you shine in.”
Pandora lifted her brows. “Okay, so we’re endorsing lazy chic…I can work with that. I have some cards here.” The showgirl flips through the notecards. “We’re visiting Mia Ashlinn’s blog today…oh, I like her books. She writes naughty. Why couldn’t you write me that naughty?”
“Do you really think Malcolm is the kind of vampire who shares?” Heather leaned back in the chair and eyed the dancer.
“Hmm, good point. Moving on! Our first question for you is—boxers or briefs?”
“Personally? I like boxers…on a guy.”
“But Malcolm wore…”
“Again, you really want to share that?” Heather challenged the dancer and both grinned.
“Okay, we’re going to do this lightning round style—I ask and you answer with the first thing that comes to mind, got it?”
“I can handle that. Just let me get my coffee.” Settling in, the author took a sip and eyed her character. “Hit me.”
“You go into an adult store—who is with you? Your lover or your best group of friends?”
Heather pauses, coffee cup halfway to her mouth. “I am more likely to go there with my fictional friends, so how about my best group of friends.”
Jeannie grins. “You're writing a sex scene, would your characters get into more trouble in the front of a truck or a big backseat?”
“Well, I’ve had them do it in the bed of a truck before, so I’ll say it really depends on the character…and their level of flexibility.”
“Heather!” Jeannie burst out laughing.
“What? I’m just saying. That’s where two of them did it, I didn’t say it’s where I would do it.” She pointed a finger at the character. “And unless you want a cases of fictional STD, don’t go there.”
“Oh, you’re mean when you’re cranky. You should write yourself a Malcolm all for you.” The dancer winked and flipped to the next card. “Would you rather be stranded on in island or snowed in up in the mountains?”
“Mountains. Because then it would be cold and my allergies wouldn’t be driving me nuts. Not to mention all the writing I could get done in the quiet. Yeah, definitely mountains.” The author sighed a dreamy note.
“Huh. Good answer.” Jeannie flipped to the next card. “What's the one thing you own that you love to wear around the house but wouldn't be caught dead in out in public?” Pausing a beat, she flicks a look over Heather. “Please say what you’re wearing now…”
….we interrupt this interview as the character is currently fleeing her author’s threats to dress her in hand me downs…
