Happy Birthday to...ME!

Three years ago today, I decided to put my money where my mouth was. I sat down in front of an old, craptastic computer and started to write. I wrote and wrote and wrote for days. Days turned into weeks. Then weeks turned into months. The road I took was long, and it was hard. But it was worth it when I received my first acceptance from Siren. So on this, my author birthday, I am reaffirming my commitment to writing.

As some of you may know, the past year has been a hectic one filled with lots of personal and family issues. Because of the things going on in my life, I allowed my writing career to take a backseat. But that is going to change starting now.

With the blessing of the people I love most, I am working my butt off to get the stories of my heart out of my head and onto paper. It is my greatest hope to have some of them to you by the end of the year. *fingers crossed* Until then, thank you all for being patient, for putting up with me and most of all, for being by my side the whole way. <3
